I received an email today saying I need to verify permissions to continue displaying new content in my feed, but it's not obvious how to do that. I click the Verify Permissions button in the email but it just takes me to my dashboard. There's no badges or obvious buttons to direct me. When I click on the "..." on my instagram feed, none of the 7 options available seems to have anything to do with account or access management. And when I open up the Instagram feed and click on my one feed, the only controls are "disconnect", a max # of posts slider and a Done button.
How do I verify permissions? do I have to disconnect the feed and re-create it?
It's very frustrating. I expected that after I logged in, all i'd have to do is press a button to renew my permissions for another 90 days. But there's just zero on-screen guidance.
Hi Dave, Instagram is requiring users to reconnect their feeds every 90 days, So you need to reconnect your Instagram feed. (Disconnect and connect it again)
