POWR apps work in all modern desktop and mobile browsers and can be used on any modern website that allows for minor code customizations.
Browser Compatibility
We recommend using one of the following browsers for creating or viewing POWR apps:
- Chrome version 47 and higher
- Opera version 34 and higher
- Edge 15 and higher
- Firefox 44 and higher
- Safari 10 and higher
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest stable version of your preferred browser.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is no longer supported. We have started adding modern web components to many of our apps and as a results of this modernization, some apps no longer display correctly on Internet Explorer (examples are, our Form Builder, our Gallery, and our Social Feed apps). When a user or an end-user is viewing our app on Internet Explorer, we show a notification asking the user to load the app in a modern web browser instead.
Please do not contact our support team to report issues with our apps in Internet Explorer. Our team will not dedicate resources to fixing any issues that are specific to Internet Explorer.
Browser Settings
For the best experience, please enable cookies in your browser. Cookies ensure that all of your changes properly save and important details to provide a good user experience aren't lost.
Browser extensions typically do not interfere with our apps, but if you see weird behavior in your app editor or with our apps on your website, try disabling any browser extensions temporarily to see if that solves the issue.
Mobile Compatibility
The POWR editor works both on desktop and on mobile. You can easily edit all of your apps from any mobile device. Use the "View" / "Edit" toggle in the navigation bar at the top to toggle between editing and app preview mode.
All of our apps are mobile responsive and are optimized for a good end-user experience on smaller devices. This includes simplified form inputs for an easy form submission process on mobile devices and simplified checkout screens for letting buyers send you payments from any device.

Thank you, @Pilar, for this post. I see you wrote, "When a user or an end-user is viewing our app on Internet Explorer, we show a notification asking the user to load the app in a modern web browser instead."
However this message does not show up on my website in Internet Explorer.
Hi Kiruvonline. The warning will only appear if you are using an app that's incompatible with IE or if you are using an incompatible element in an otherwise compatible app (for example, the new Phone element in Form Builder). If the app is not appearing correctly on IE and there is no warning, please contact our support team so we can take a look. Thanks!
