I can't see my Popup app on my live website. What should I do?

If you successfully installed a Popup to your web page and you're unable to see it, make sure to double-check your Popup Display Options - Schedule & Triggers.

You can change the frequency of popup in-app settings:

Content tab > Popup display options > Select your option:

• Once per week per visitor
• Every time anyone visits
• Once per day per visitor
• New visitors only

Please click on the "Publish" button to save your changes.

If your Popup frequency is set to any option other than "Every Time Anyone Visits", it's possible that you've triggered the Popup yourself, and the popup won't show for you again until the specified interval.

To double check this, open the link to your webpage in an Incognito Window. Since an Incognito Window is clear of cookies, you should be able to see your Popup as if you were a brand new website visitor.

In addition, please be advised if you set up the "Display Schedule" in Schedule & Triggers for the specific date range, the popup will be displayed starting from the dates you scheduled:

Lastly, if your Popup is Paused the Popup will not display on your website for any visitors, including you. You will need to disable Pause Popup and then Publish in order for the Popup to begin displaying again. See How can I pause my popup? for more details on pausing popups. 

If your Popup still isn't showing up on your website after you've done the above, please follow these Basic Troubleshooting Steps so you know it's not a browser-related issue.
