Why am I still being charged?

All POWR upgrades are subscription-based. To cancel an active subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account at powr.io
2. Click on your email address on the top right corner
3. Click on My Account 
4. Click on Billing
5. Locate the upgrade you wish to cancel and click Cancel next to it.
6. Add your reason for canceling and confirm your request.

Please note that removing an App from your page will NOT cancel your upgrade. POWR Apps are not site-specific. Any saved app can be removed and installed as many times as you like. We have no way of knowing whether or not you are currently using an app on a live site or not. If you are no longer using any POWR Apps on any of your sites, please follow the steps above to cancel all future payments.
