If you purchased an upgrade, but you are not seeing the upgrade in your live app, this could be due to one of the following reasons:
Upgrade was purchased for the wrong app
A Starter or Pro upgrade is valid on that app only. That means, if you upgrade Form Builder, you will have an upgrade for Form Builder only.
A user cannot move the upgrade from one app to a different one. If you upgraded a app that isn't the one on your live site, our Support Team can move the upgrade to the correct app for you.
Pre-upgrade version of your app is cached
Depending on your web browser's settings, the changes in your app after upgrading may not be reflected immediately. Try refreshing your browser window. If that doesn't help, clear your cache and refresh your browser once more.
