Wix Contributor access: Form Dashboard + App Settings permissions

Wix has different levels of contributor roles: Inviting Site Contributors

App Settings

For a contributor to be able to access the settings of any of your POWR apps, they will need "Editor" access to your site. Currently, this is the case for the Owner, Admin, and Website Manager roles. 

A contributor with access to the app settings will have their own POWR account created. That POWR account has access to all POWR apps on your site.

They can also access the Response Dashboard or the Sales Dashboard for any POWR forms or payment apps installed on your website. 

Form Response Dashboard

A contributor cannot access the Form Response Dashboard through the Wix dashboard directly. They can only look up submissions if they also have access to the site itself and access the Response Dashboard from within the app settings.
