New app install on live site showing default content

Problem:

User installs an app on their site and is complaining that it shows the default content instead of the content they already created. This should only occur on platforms where installing a POWr App automatically injects an app with a random app id. This can happen on Muse, Weebly, and other platforms.

Note: If the user is complaining that the app used to show the correct content and suddenly started showing default content, then this is likely a different bug. A workaround solution is do as follows, however you should also escalate the ticket so we can identify the root issue.

** Steps to Reproduce:**

- On user's live site, app is indeed showing default content

- In TSH, you can see that the user has an app of the same app type that has custom (not default) content 

Solution:

- User needs to import their app. See "How to copy an app" for details: https://help.powr.io/hc/en-us/articles/115002045167-How-to-Copy-a-Plugin.

- If it is clear what App needs to be imported, please import the correct app for the user, then teach them how to do it.
