How to process download personal data requests

When you get personal data download requests, please follow these steps: 

1. Go to TSH and look up the wobbly's Email Address or User ID:

2. Once you pull up the TSH details, click on Download Data under Privacy / Security

Once done, you can send the file as an attachment to the ticket reply.
