What is HIPAA FORM?

The POWR HIPAA Form is a specialized online form builder designed to securely collect and manage sensitive health-related information in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). 

While it offers the same user-friendly functionality as the standard POWR Form Builder, it has been tailored to meet the stringent security and privacy requirements for handling Protected Health Information (PHI). 

The primary difference between the POWR HIPAA Form and the standard POWR Form Builder is the exclusion of specific integrations, ensuring that data remains within a secure, controlled environment. HIPAA also doesn't have an Autoresponder and File Upload functionality, but it will be added in 2-3 weeks.

Rules of interaction with HIPAA from users

Since we got HIPAA accreditation, we must follow certain rules while supporting POWR HIPAA form wobblies.

  1. Never share any wobbly submission data on EMAIL, Zendesk, or anywhere else outside the company. If Wobbly is asking to check for submission information, you can do this, but never share any screenshots, lists, etc. Ideally, you should just submit the form by yourselves as a test and and check if the form is working
  2. The same rule is working if you are checking Email to admin delivery DO NOT SHARE any personal information in screenshots or any other methods outside the company 
  3. The HIPAA form serves for collecting Personal Health Information and only it. HIPAA forms shouldn't be used to collect SSNs, passwords, CC information, etc.

Prices and Plans for HIPAA forms

The HIPAA form is available as a Single plan app and is not included in POWR ONE or any Business subscription. It's a separate app because HIPAA requires additional infrastructure, encrypting servers, and security! HIPAA form is not limited in elements; however, it's limited to Submission per month and app instances.
