Handling an Active Subscription with no Apps

Update: Users should no longer be able to purchase an upgrade without having created an app.

If a User upgrades without creating any apps, you won't be able to view their subscription in TSH. You can tell this is the case by looking at the TSH page. There will be 0 created/saved apps but you will see a blue check next to Subscription. Unfortunately, the Subscription tab won't load when clicked.

To fix this, click Login as User and create an app. You don't need to save it. Reload TSH, and you'll be able to view the Subscription tab.
