GIFs don't work in Gallery Apps

Problem

A current known bug is keeping GIFs from appearing correctly in our Gallery Apps. The GIF may initially work when it's first uploaded, but it usually stops playing after a while. Only a still of the GIF will appear inside the Gallery.

Temporary solution

The workaround for now is to host the GIFs elsewhere and use the Image URL option to display the GIF. Send the user to Giphy or something similar to host their GIFs. Have them add it via URL Upload and their GIF should work.
