"Edit" button

New logic for showing the "Edit" button for our users:

If any user presses p + up, the Edit icon will show but ONLY the app owner can open the editor and make changes.

Note: The Edit icon also shows if the app has never been edited. This is because some install flows have the user install the app before editing it (for example, Jimdo). Once changes to the app have been made, the Edit button will no longer appear.

Old logic:

In the past, our script would check if there is an active session for the app owner by checking their cookies. If it was the owner, the “Edit” button would appear in the app so the owner could edit it.

Our Engineers found out that making the extra requests before loading the app was slowing down the loading of our apps on page A LOT. So we changed the behavior.
